We currently offer all customers free shipping with purchase over USD $89.

Warm remind: Please leave your CONTACT NUMBER (Mobile number) in your purchase order for delivery purpose. Couriers do not accept the parcel without contact number.

1. Within Australia

Goods will be delivered to Australia via Fedex, UPS or EMS directly from our warehouse. Deliveries to Australia address are normally 7-14 days . Please allow up to 3 days for dispatch. We will not take responsibility for orders requested to be left unattended. All Australian orders will receive a flat rate of USD $15 (parcels under 0.5kg) shipping. 2. International Delivery

We use Fedex , UPS or EMS for our international shipping. Due to the pandemic, we will send the products directly from our warehouse. Deliveries are normally 7-14 days. Please allow up to 3 days for dispatch. All orders with a delivery address outside China mainland will receive a charge of USD $20 (parcels under 0.5kg) shipping. Any purchase over USD $89 will receive a free shipping. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Please allow some extra time due to the pandemic. 3. Ensure A Safe Delivery

Please do include a company name or business name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, we will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact courier and request "Safedrop" we will not be held liable for missing parcels.
