WHAT TO DO IF YOU FIND A FAKE DKMZ GLOBAL ACCOUNT, ADVERTISEMENT OR WEBSITE?

Here at DKMZ Global Pty Ltd, we work hard to ensure you always have the best possible experience - your safety will always be of the upmost importance to us. So, if you come across a fake DKMZ Global account, or advertisement in any way, we ask that you please report the account to the social media platforms in question and/or the police if you've provided any personal images and/or detail. You may need to keep the screenshot of the conversation as evidence of the account. They may ask you to send over screenshots of the conversation, or evidence of the account, so make sure to keep a record of these! We'd also recommend contact with our Customer Support Team. This way, we can flag the fake accounts, ads and websites to our Legal Team to ensure the appropriate action is taken. DKMZ Global does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website. DKMZ Global reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving fair reason (eg. not for personal use, technical error, fraudulent activity etc.). We will make all possible effort to contact the purchaser on the details provided with the order and all monies received will be refunded using the original payment method.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE?

DKMZ Global accepts the follow payment methods: 1. Credit Card : Visa m Mastercard. The total will be charged to your card when the order is processed. 2. PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. 3. Apple Pay

WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

Customers are expected to get their items about 10-14 days depend on the delivery location. The items are trackable with our tracking number. We currently use FEDEX or EMS courier service. Items in their original new condition will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be charged back to the original payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

Due to our clothes are very popular. Items maybe sold out before dispatching. Our customer support team will contact you if the item is out of stock. You can get fully refund or get a credit then you can use to purchase other items. Credit is valid for 2 years from the date it isussed.

WHAT CURRENCY CAN YOU USE IN OUR STORE?

We currently accept four currencies in our store, they are USD, AUD, EURO & GBP.
